Reseller Form
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP/MSRP) Policy
Purpose: Protect product image, maintain fair competition among resellers, and ensure product value.
Policy: The attached schedule lists pricing. NEAT glass resellers are required to advertise and sell our NEAT products at or above these minimum advertised prices. See our Terms of Service.
MAP/MSRP Price List
In brief, we reserve the right to adjust MAP prices at our discretion. Also, appropriate notice will be provided to all resellers. This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to online platforms (e.g. websites, social media, email marketing), print ads (e.g., newspapers, magazines), broadcast media (e.g., television, radio).
NEAT Glass Resellers: Protecting the Integrity of Our Product
– First Offense: Written warning and request to correct the advertised price.
– Second Offense: Temporary suspension of orders for 3 months.
– Third Offense: Termination of the reseller agreement
Exception Dates
Ultimately, we recognize that certain promotional periods may require exceptions to the MAP policy. The following special days are approved exceptions where NEAT glass resellers may advertise below the MAP up to 25% off without penalty. Note: Any discounts or promotions that result in advertised prices below the MAP during these exception periods are solely at the retailer’s discretion. Moreover, Arsilica, Inc. does not provide any funding or financial support for such discounts.
As a result, the following periods may be discounted:
Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Christmas
