Team: Creating Sensory Science Product Design and Customer Satisfaction
Our team of professionals work closely together to deliver sensory science designed products in the alcohol beverage industry. As a result, our products improve the beer, wine, and spirits drinkers’ experiences. Above all, we strive to enhance their ability to rely on their own personal tastes, likes, and dislikes. Conversely, we discourage reliance on spirits marketing which tends to dictate what spirits they should like and buy.
Each member of the NEAT glass team is highly proficient, knowledgeable, and experienced in their areas. Therefore, everyone participates in our corporate decisions from product design to customer acceptance. Our unique communication, co-operation, and collusion have created our scientific glass. Our glass surpasses the functionality of all other common glassware. See a comparison of popular spirits glasses by Independent Researchers. NEAT is clearly the preferred diagnostic glass.
Our NEAT glass team knows there is much more to glassware design than simple, popular style and aesthetics. Unlike other glass manufacturers and distributors, we apply the true physical, chemical, and sensory science to our products. Sure, we love profits, but our primary objective is Changing the Way the World Drinks through applied science. We are appalled by leading companies that will do anything to sell their products. Many twist and rewrite science to serve their prurient interests, misleading the public.
How Does it Matter?
In the near future, we see the need for product marketing to honor and respect the findings of true science rather than attempting to capitalize on the public’s lack of knowledge. Our team is doing that now. Short of consumer protection legislation on marketing guidelines, we continue to do our part to educate the public. Moreover, with the right diagnostic glass the larger spirit purchase becomes more satisfying. With the right glass, you choose your own level of value, depending less on prurient marketing.
We welcome customer feedback and the possibilities of partnering with other like-minded companies who hold the same respect for scientific product development as we do. Check out our privacy policy here.
