Shipping Policy: 

Shipping Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 days.  We choose your carriers/methods for flat rates and our free shipping offers.  Carriers/rates for other orders may be chosen at purchase, by you.  We are not responsible for lost delivery once tracking shows carrier acceptance. The good news is that for the most part, we can get them out the same day, or at least, if your order was late in the day for us West Coasters, they get shipped the next morning. Replacement Policies & Return Window: 

Damaged merchandise will be replaced with postage paid unless the package indicates carrier or damage or abuse.  Submit a photo of the delivery package and damaged item(s) with a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery to george@arsilica.com for replacement determination.  We are not responsible for carrier damage and require 48 hours for determination + 48 hours to ship. There are no returns for etched or customized glassware. NEAT Experience glassware is mouth-blown by experienced glass blowers of super flint lead-free crystal and may have minor hot handling tool marks common to all handcrafted glassware. No returns will be authorized for these normal anomalies. in the event a product was shipped, and then canceled, the refund will be the price of the product less our original incurred shipping and handling cost, even if there was free shipping to the customer.
