competition among resellers, and ensure the value of our products is upheld across all sales channels.Policy

Policy
Retailers are required to advertise NEAT products at or above the minimum advertised prices listed in the attached
MAP Price List. This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to Online platforms (e.g.,
websites, social media, email marketing), Print ads (e.g., newspapers, magazines), Broadcast media (e.g., television,
radio).
Retailers are required to advertise NEAT products at or above the minimum advertised prices listed in the attached
MAP Price List. This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to Online platforms (e.g.,
websites, social media, email marketing), Print ads (e.g., newspapers, magazines), Broadcast media (e.g., television,
radio).
Enforcement
Violations of this MAP policy may result in the following actions:

– First Offense: Written warning and request to correct the advertised price.
– Second Offense: Temporary suspension of orders for 3 months.
– Third Offense: Termination of the reseller agreement
Exception Dates
NEAT recognizes that certain promotional periods may require exceptions to the MAP policy. The following dates
are approved exceptions where retailers may advertise below the MAP up to 25% off without penalty. Note: Any
discounts or promotions that result in advertised prices below the MAP during these exception periods are solely at
the retailer’s discretion. NEAT does not provide any funding or financial support for such discounts.
